How the Order Process works

The first step in the order process will involve you completing the form opposite, ensuring that the details provided are entirely accurate.



2. Arranging payment for your home report


Once your details have been received, you will then be contacted shortly thereafter to arrange payment. Payments will typically be made via a credit/debit card over the phone. Our price list can be found below.

3. Arrange a suitable time to visit the property


Once your payment has been successfully completed, we will arrange a suitable time for the surveyor to visit
the property and carry out the thorough inspection.



Please note, we will only introduce you to a suitable qualified person who will carry out your home report. Once the inspection is complete, they will provide you with a fully compliant report for your property.


Furthermore, please ensure that the information you provide is indeed accurate, as it does constitute part
of the contract between us and enables us to provide you with accurate pricing. If the information is found to be inaccurate,
we reserve the right to recover any difference in cost.
