About Home Pack Scotland

Home Pack Scotland specialise in providing Home Reports throughout Scotland. We employ our own Chartered Surveyors who are fully qualified professionals capable of carrying out Home Reports in your area.

The Home Report contains a Single Survey, an Energy Report and a Property Questionnaire. It should be made available on request to prospective buyers of the home. We look to ensure you encounter no delays in putting your property up for sale.

We cater our services to anyone, whether it is private sellers, solicitors, estate agents, letting agents or private individuals. We may be able to offer a discount to those looking to acquire Home Reports in bulk (estate agents for example).
